Zero Zebra's first Rice Choc Bar is made from just a few simple organic ingredients. Vegans, or People who suffer from food allergies, can now enjoy a high-quality Belgian chocolate, without missing out on the creamy taste or smooth texture. The mild taste is based on organic Italian rice, cooked to fine and slightly creamy substance, the so-called rice syrup. In a unique process, this rice is combined with 3 Fairtrade ingredients: unrefined raw cane sugar, Caribbean cocoa and bourbon vanilla. We carefully test and monitor each batch for traces of milk and nuts. Peanut-free and soy-free. Gluten-free certified. Organic and Fairtrade certified.
