The fresh eucalyptus and light mint notes open the soul, while turmeric grounds us. We find peace and relaxation in the enjoyment of this fine herbal tea blend with white hibiscus and lemon balm. Like the moon greeting in yoga, this YOGI TEA® creation inspires us to stay in tune with ourselves.

The Moon Salutation helps to relax and ground body and mind. It is therefore usually practiced in the second half of the day or whenever you feel the need for regeneration. The yoga exercise includes several asanas (yoga positions), which are performed in a flowing sequence, united with one’s breathing. The positions are performed according to the phases of the moon. The moon salutation has a meditative effect, strengthening your balance and mental focus.
