Choline bitartrate (28,6%); inositol (19,1%); L-carnitine tartrate (16,8%); L-methionine (9,5%); taurine (9,5%); capsule shell (gelatine; colour – titanium dioxide); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; vit. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0,05%); chromium (chromium picolinate) (0,01%).

Take a single serving of the product ‒ 2 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings daily, preferably 30 min. before a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Azorubine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
