SUPER GRASS

 Charles Schnabel was the agricultural chemist who discovered the benefits of incorporating young wholefoods cereal grasses in the diet in 1930. Charles Schnabel dehydrated whole foods grasses for consumption by sick hens and the result of his research, found the hens returning to health and an enhancement in the number of eggs laid. The key principles for growth, harvest and dehydrating of wheat grass superfoods to maintain the high nutritional properties was established by Schnabel and his team, which many producers still use to this day. Triticum Aestivum L is it's scientific name.

 To organically grow, maintain, cut, juice and prepare the young grass of wheat is extremely time consuming. Also, your body is then missing the fibrous parts of the leaf.
