Hot, gluten free oat cereal with a mix of strawberries, dates, apples and hazelnuts. Finished of with chia seeds and brown linseed. Mixed to perfection by hand in the Austrian Tyrol. No added sugar** and purely organic. Good morning!

Gluten free coarsely ground wholegrain oats* 74%, chopped dates* (dates* 97%, rice flour*), apple cubes*, chopped and roasted hazelnuts*, strawberries* 3%, chia seeds* ”salvia hispanica” 3%, linseed brown*.

Put 50 g porridge (6 tbsp) in a bowl and pour over 110 ml boiling water or 90 ml hot milk (depending on the consistency desired). Stir, leave to soak for 3 minutes and enjoy warm. For “Overnight oats“: Add a bit more cold water or cold milk and leave to soak overnight.
