Union Coffee House Blend Spirit Of Union Ground 200g. A well-crafted blend is a combination of coffees that produces a harmonious balance. Hand-Roasted coffee. Our original house blend is unmistakably Union: bold intensity infused with a deep natural sweetness.

OUR STORY: San Francisco, the 90s. The rumblings of a café culture revolution. The smell of freshly roasted coffee lingered in the air.

One heaped dessert spoon (8-10g) per 250ml cup. Water just off the boil ( 92 degrees), stir and brew for 4 minutes then plunge for the perfect cafetiere. We hand-roast our coffee in small batches to develop delicious flavour and aroma for each individual coffee.
