Fairtrade sun dried apricot (now cut into slices!) are made from four different apricot varieties: Halman, Shekanda, Suryasum and Habi. Grown in the Karakoram and Himalayan Mountains and valleys of Northern Pakistan, they have a lovely sweet and tangy flavour. Four sun-dried apricots make up one of your 5 a day fruit portions. Our apricots are delicious to snack on, perfect for adding to muesli, great food for healthy lunchboxes, taking walking or camping, and fabulous cooking ingredients.
