Organic Millet is an ancient grain which is less common but hugely versatile in the world of whole food.  If you haven’t tried millet or organic millet flakes before, you will love this tasty and nutritious grain  To make millet flakes it is hulled by removing the indigestible covering before it can be consumed.


Organic millet flakes are a source of plant protein so is a great choice for plant based meals.  It can be added to muesli, granola bars or cooked into a tasty porridge.
