Our Raw Lucuma Powder is a nutritious, naturally sweet, cream coloured powder made from the pulverised dried fruit of the Lucuma fruit tree, which grows in South America. The fresh Lucuma fruit looks somewhat like a large mango, with the flesh inside resembling sweet potato.

In its raw powdered form, Lucuma fruit has a sweet, malty, biscuity flavour and is most often used to add nutritional value and sweetness to healthy recipes. 

Raw Lucuma Powder tastes great in raw desserts & chocolate, milky drinks & smoothies. It can also be used to sweeten baked cakes, cookies and pastries.

Raw Lucuma Pudding Recipe:

1 Banana 
½ Avocado 
1 heaped tbsp Raw Lucuma Powder 
Pinch Vanilla powder 
A little water
Blend all ingredients together adding a little water until desired consistency is reached. Makes a lovely light dessert or a nutritious baby’s breakfast!
