New Clementine & Ginger has the warming taste of a Mediterranean Summer. It is made from fruit only, without refined sugar, without pectin, without additives or preservatives. Juicily sweet, newly-harvested, Italian clementines are carefully selected and cooked together with a touch of ginger. Unusually, the clementines are cooked whole giving a brightly-coloured thick texture. This fusion of sweet clementines with fragrant ginger conjures the warming taste of a Mediterranean summer. It's quite unlike classic marmalade! Of artisan quality, the recipe is cooked gently at low temperatures, in small batches, using only organic fruit. Infact, it is made with double the amount of fruit compared with classic marmalades (more than 100g of premium grade organic fruit is used to make 100g of this fruit spread).
