A delicious alternative latte created using a chicory root coffee-alternative blend and enhanced with Lion's Mane Mushroom powder. It has a base of coconut milk powder and makes a frothy, warming and comforting drink simply by adding water - meaning you can take and make it anywhere. Chicory root has been used in Chinese remedies for centuries. It has even been traced back to both the Ancient Romans and Egyptians who recognised its beneficial properties. The root contains inulin, a soluble fibre and it is popular today as a caffeine-free replacement for coffee - New Orleans serves a famous Chicory Coffee. We've also added some Lion's Mane Mushroom powder for its 'super' qualities. It has been used for hundreds of years in China, and science is now beginning to show its amazing properties - it's a very `smart mushroom!

Organic Coconut Milk Powder (Organic Coconut Milk, Organic Tapioca Maltodextrin, stabiliser: Organic Gum Acacia), Organic Chicory Mix (Organic Barley, Organic Malted Barley, Organic Chicory, Organic Rye, Organic Fig) (7%), Organic Lion¿s Mane powder

Add one heaped tablespoon (approx 30g) of powder to a standard 250ml mug.
Add a little cold water to the powder and mix to a paste, ensuring there are no lumps.
Top up with hot water and mix well for a deliciously frothy, wholesome hot drink.
TOP TIP: For an extra creamy drink whizz in a blender for a few seconds.
