Superfruit's cocoa is organic and RAW! You can use it in baking; make your own RAW chocolate drink, balls and bars. It's only limited by your imagination. To produce this unique RAW Cocoa Powder we use a method of cold pressing the fat from Cocoa bean. Superfruit's RAW Cocoa Powder is produced in a factory that monitors and controls the temperature, making sure it never exceeds 48oC. The process works like this: the cocoa beans are fermented and sun-dried, crushed into nibs and then ground in a stone mill into a paste. After that it is cold pressed to remove the cocoa butter and you are left with a nutritious Cocoa Powder that has wonderful flavor and aroma.
