Plant Power Chocolate Cookie Mix is made from organic gluten-free flours and makes rich chocolatey high protein cookies, guaranteed to put a smile on your face! The mix is gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan.

Brown Rice Flour*, Tapioca Flour*, Unrefined Cane Sugar*, Cocoa Powder*, Chocolate Chips (Cane Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring) 7%, Gluten-Free Oats, Milled Linseed, Chicory Extract (2%), Raising Agent (Bicarbonate of Soda), Salt, *Ingredient from Organic agriculture

 

Storage
Store the mix in a cool, dry place.
Once made, store in an airtight container and consume within a week
Preparation and Usage
Spirit Lifters Chocolate Cookie Mix
5 mins prep 12 mins bake

Just add:
For 12 cookies:
50g butter
35g water

Make It Vegan:
For 12 cookies:
50g vegetable spread or vegetable oil
35g water

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven 170C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and grease with some vegetable oil.
2. Empty the cookie mix into a large bowl and add the softened butter and water. Vegan: use vegetable spread or vegetable oil.
3. Mix well until combined into a smooth and firm dough.
4. Divide the dough into 12 balls, flatten the balls into discs and place them on the baking tray, about 5cm apart.
5. Place the tray into the centre of the oven and bake for 12 mins. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before eating. Enjoy!

Enjoy with a dollop of peanut butter!
