Gram flour is milled from chickpeas and is widely used in Indian cuisine for making pakora and bhajis. It is also useful for thickening soups and sauces. Milled in the UK Also known as chickpea flour, garbanzo flour, or besan. Gluten free.

The Suma Gram Flour is ideal to make chapatti style flatbreads, simply mix with water and seasoning to make a smooth dough, then roll out into flat round discs. Brush with oil and shallow-fry each chapatti in a non-stick pan. This is great for thickening sauces and stews in place of wheat flours. Made from a variety of ground chickpea.

Cooking instructions to make chapatti style flatbreads:
