Sukrin Icing Sugar (also known as Sukrin Melis) is an all-natural alternative to icing sugar and a finely ground variation of Sukrin Granulated Natural Sweetener. It dissolves more easily than regular Sukrin, and has both a GI and net carbohydrate of zero which doesn't aﬀect the blood sugar.

Sukrin Icing Sugar has a clean, natural sweet taste, looks the same and has the consistency of icing sugar. It contains approximately 75% of the sweetness of regular sugar, but can generally be used in the same quantities.

All-natural Sukrin Icing Sugar is made of erythritol (100%), which is made from glucose extracted from non-gm corn starch.
