A soul satisfying Thai curry based on a monastery recipe. Chick peas and tomatoes, cooked in coconut milk, flavoured with spices, soy sauce and sweet basil and lightly sweetened with apple juice.

Coconut milk, chick peas (24%), potatoes (16%), tomatoes (14.4%), garden peas (8.5%), spices, sunflower oil, tamari, garlic, coriander leaf, apply juice, thai basil. Contains naturally occuring sugars.

On the hob:

Empty the contents into a small saucepan and heat slowly on a moderate heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

Microwave guidelines:

Empty the contents into a non-metallic bowl. Cover and microwave on full power (650W) for 5 minutes. Adjust time for different output ovens. Stir halfway through heating and check the sauce is piping hot before serving.
