‘true cinnamon’ as it is often referred to, comes from the better quality, inner layer of the cinnamon bark.

The flavour of this beautiful cinnamon is delicate, sweet & subtle and is perfect for use in desserts.

Just cinnamon sticks and nothing else.

Place 185 ml orange juice, 250 g caster sugar, 2 cinnamon sticks and the grated zest of 1 orange zest in a large saucepan and bring to boil slowly. Add 500 g mixed berries* and simmer gently for 2 minutes to warm through the berries and allow them to swell. Lovely with bread and butter pudding. * If you are using frozen berries, then defrost them first.
