Preparation Instructions 1. Place mix into a bowl. 2. Whip 2 eggs in a separate container to which you add 580ml milk*. 3. Add combined milk and egg liquid to pancake mix in a bowl. 4. Beat for few minutes, until mixture is smooth and lightly bubbly. Cooking Your Pancakes: 5. In your pancake (frying) pan, melt a little butter over moderate heat. 6. Add just enough pancake batter to spread over the surface of the pan. 7. Cook for about one minute. 8. Toss, or turn over with a fish slice & cook second side for 30 seconds. 9. Slide onto a warm plate. 10. Add your own choice of sweet or savoury topping, roll and enjoy. *Non-dairy or goat's milk can be substituted.
