Psyllium is often prescribed to relieve constipation. Psyllium is a natural soluble fibre derived from the husks of a seed grain.

Dairy free, Gluten free, Wheat free.

Psyllium Husk Powder, Capsule Shell (Gelatine).

Not suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians.

For adults and children over 6 years of age, take 1-4 capsules one to three times daily. Always take with a full 25 cl. (8 oz.) glass of water, and follow with another full glass. Onset of effect, usually 12 to 24 hours. In some cases, up to three days.

Keep out of reach of children.

Women who are pregnant or planning pregnancy should consult their doctor before taking food supplements.

Do not use if you have symptoms of intestinal ulceration, stenosis or disabling adhesions.

Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
