Flaxseeds (Linum usitatissimum) are one of the world’s oldest crops and contain fibre, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals as well as Alpha-Linoleic Acid (ALA), the parent fatty acid from which the bioactive Omega 3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are derived.

Gluten free,
