Slim-Be works by helping you to reduce your appetite so you won't feel hungry and you'll stay fuller for longer. Slim-Be is a pleasant strawberry, orange or vanilla flavoured shot that makes you feel full very soon after drinking it. You can stay full by drinking at least 2 litres of fluids a day as this keeps expanding the Slim-Be. This gets over the biggest hurdle of dieting ? the willpower needed when you?re feeling hungry. One of Slim-Be's active ingredients is Konjac, which is the only weight management ingredient approved by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).

Slimsticks contains glucomannan, palm oil and oat oil that once digested triggers the natural appetite control mechanism to make you feel full as well as delaying hunger signals, helping you to cut out the snacking and eat smaller portions.

For weight loss you must take one Slim-Be three times a day before meal times. Add 75 ml of cold water or milk* (ideally skimmed milk) to one Slim-Be, mix well. Drink immediately.
