A natural super food extract made from Psyllium fibre that is a very good source of dietary fibre. Psyllium fibre is the husk of the Psyllium seed. This seed grows on the Psyllium plant (Plantago ovata), which is mainly found in India.

Psyllium fibre is made from ground Psyllium plant. Psyllium fibre can be mixed with (spring) water, smoothies, shakes, and juices.
