Sanchi Tamari Reduced Salt 150ml

Tamari soy sauce is a traditional Japanese product, made by naturally fermenting soya beans in cedar casks. Sanchi reduced salt tamari soy sauce is made with one third less salt than regular tamari and is recommended for anyone who wishes to reduce their salt intake without compromising on the unique, robust flavour of traditionally-brewed tamari.

Tamari is the richest tasting soya sauce and is commonly used in cooking to bring out the flavour of soups, salad dressings and oriental dishes.

Water, whole soybeans, sea salt, alcohol (from non GM sugarcane), roasted barley flour, koji starter culture (asperigillus oryzae).
