Sanchi Sushi Nori are dried edible seaweed sheets which can be used as rolls for wrapping sushi or noodles. It is made from a species of red algae called porphyra and is by far the most popular sea vegetable because of its mild flavour and the way it is presented in an easy-to-use sheet form.

Nori is commonly used in Korean and Japanese cuisine, and is a rich, vegetarian source of  Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), an essential omega-3 fatty acid. DHA is usually found in the fatty layers of cold-water fish and is particularly crucial for a babies brain development. This is why pregnant and nursing women are encouraged to consume rich sources of DHA before childbirth.
