It contains a huge variety of vitamins, minerals and fatty acids including A, C, E, B1, B2, B3, B6 and folic acid, and is one of the few plant sources of vitamin B12. It also contains 20 minerals including zinc, potassium, copper, manganese, selenium, calcium, magnesium and iron.
