At Roots & Wings Organic we hand craft our Sherbet Lemons using the finest organic ingredients cooked in traditional copper pans.

The ingredients are stirred by hand in open copper pots. When they reach the right consistency they are loaded onto metal tables and formed by hand into giant sweets then cut and wrapped. The best way to achieve those original great flavours. A real taste of childhood.

Only when we have created what we are happy to put our name to is each batch signed by our master confectioner whose name on the bag means that you’ll enjoy eating it as much as he enjoyed making them.
