Almond Dream is a delicious dairy-free alternative, in addition to Rice Dream, Oat Dream and Coconut Dream varieties. Being low in fat and free of artificial flavourings it makes a great substitute for milk in baking recipes and is an especially good base for homemade ice cream!

Only the finest quality almonds are used to ensure that every carton of Almond Dream is bursting with flavour and nourishment. Naturally high in vitamins A and E, almonds can be an important ingredient in a balanced diet. Vitamin E is especially beneficial, thanks to its antioxidant properties.

Drinking down just 200 ml of Almond Dream gives you 30% of your recommended daily allowance (RDA) of calcium. It’s as good for your teeth and bones as full fat cow's milk, and the added vitamin D2 helps your body to better absorb calcium. A vegetarian diet may be lacking in vitamin B12, so Almond Dream can help make up for any shortfall.
