This premium Organic Cold Pressed Unfiltered Flax Seed Oil is ideal for dressings, drizzling directly over dishes or for salsa and dips. High in omega 3, one or two teaspoonsful can also be consumed on a daily basis. Carefully and gently pressed in small batches and unfiltered to retain the most of its plentiful naural nutrients, this premium oil has a beautifully mild, nutty and buttery flavour with a rich yellow colour. Not suitable for frying.
