Calcium Carbonate, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Red Clover Extract (Trifolium Pratense), Emulsifier (Cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Colours: Titanium Dioxide & Iron Oxides, Glazing Agent: Polyethylene Glycol), Anti-caking agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Antioxidant (Alpha Tocopherol), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3).

As a supplement, take one to two tablets daily with your main meal, continuously at around the same time each day or as directed by your healthcare professional. Initially we recommend a minimum of 12 weeks intake to feel the full effect.
