Originally marketed as totally natural quick fibre plus, this is a delicious 100 percent natural high fibre nutritional formula a pleasant carob flavoured powder packed full of fibre from slippery elm bark, psyllium seed, oat bran, linseed meal and rice bran, multi fibre plus also includes a prebiotic to encourage friendly gut bacteria.

Amount per 30g serving: Oat Bran 10.5g, Linseed Meal 6g, Rice Bran 6g, Psyllium Husk 2.4g, Prebiotic (Fructo-oligosaccharides), Carob Powder 1.8g, Slippery Elm Bark 1.2g. Contains Gluten.

Just add 2 tablespoons of multi fibre + to your favourite breakfast cereal or mix with 200mls of low fat milk, soy or fresh water to make a high fibre drink, for anyone who is pregnant or taking medication, please consult a physician prior to use. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
