Oats grown in the rich soils of the Medlock family Farm near Aberdeenshire. Using a traditional method the oats are turned with a wooden shovel and cool naturally before the milling process. This whole procedure takes approximately 20 days; a long time compared to the few hours that the process would take in a modern factory but this is what makes these oats extra creamy and delicious. Packaged with home compostable bag. Gluten free, Wheat free & Organic. Gluten free, Dairy free
