100% dairy and casein/lactose free and perfect for vegan diets or for those with dairy allergies. It is an excellent food source of Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids, B vitamins, protein, and minerals. 0.6g Omega 3 and 1.9g Omega 6 per serving.
