Instructions: Cook pasta for 8-9 minutes* in boiling water with added salt to taste. Suggestion is to allow 9-10 minutes for penne, fusilli, caserecce and ditalini. Allow longer cooking time for thicker shapes as rigatoni, gnocchetti even up to 14 minutes. Always taste before removing from boiling water. If it's too hard, wait for another minute and try again.
