Maxicol is a special combination of natural soluble dietary fibre and friendly probiotic cultures which can help promote normal digestion, colon and intestinal activity as part of a healthy diet.

Psyllium herbs, Fructo-Oligosaccharides, Lactobacillus sporogenes, Lactobacilus Acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis.

Mix one or two heaped teaspoons (5-10mg) in water or fruit juice twice daily. Best taken before meals, consume immediately after mixing and follow with a further glass of water or fruit juice.

Do not store mixed product, always consume immediately. Take with plenty of additional fluid. Do not exceed the stated quantity. Pregnant or lactating women should consult a health professional before using.
