The Vanilla cake mix produces a delicious Gluten Free tea cake. It is easy to prepare and totally vegetable based and allows the customer to produce a 97% fat free cake that is also dairy free, egg free and suitable for vegans.

Simply bake and top with your favourite icing or layer cake with custard or cream
