Multimix is a versatile and convenient mix which will enable you to create Italian style pizza mix perfect for pizza creations. This product can be used to create pizza bases along with scones and other delicious pastry dishes.

Potato Starch, Maize Starch, Maize Flour, Raising Agents: Glucono Delta Lactone, Sodium Bicarbonate, Yellow Pea Flour, Salt, Vegetable Gums (Stabilisers): Xanthan Gum, Carboxymethylcellulose, Methylcellulose

A small 7g sachet of yeast may be added (diet permitting) to enhance the flavour of typical pizza.
1. Empty contents of this pack into a large bowl and form a well.
2. Slowly add 250ml water, add salt if preferred and knead into dough on a dusted board.
3. Lightly grease pizza tray with vegetable oil and roll out dough onto tray to no thinner than 5mm.
4. Add toppings of your choice and bake in preheated oven at 195ºC for 15-20 minutes.
