Orgran Buckwheat Pancake mix is Gluten Free, wheat-free and yeast free. Use in combination with your favourite egg replacer for perfect vegan pancakes.

This product contains no added sugar. Buckwheat (which is the main ingredient) is high in protein. It is not actually a grain, but is part of the rhubarb family of plants.

For this mix, the buckwheat has been stone milled in the traditional method, blended to an original recipe and immediately packed and sealed to ensure the best possible freshness, flavour, and nutritive value.

Stone milled buckwheat, rice flour, soya flour, maize starch, tapioca, mono-calcium phosphate (E341), bicarbonate of soda (E5).
