Our ready-made Porcini Risotto is produced by the Picco family in the Po valley, directly from the rice that they grow in their traditional Cascina using a secret family bouillon as a base. The Picco family have been farming these rice fields now for 5 generations using the water run-off from the Alp

 
 

Carnaroli rice* (91%), porcini mushrooms* (3.2%) (boletus edulis), natural sea salt, rice flour*, onion*, celery*, carrot*, parsley*, leek*, extra virgin olive oil*, garlic*, corn strach*, miso* (soya*, rice, water, salt, koji), yeast extract, spieces*

 
 

Cooking instructions; Place a nob of butter in a pan, add a small glass of wine (circa 100ml), stir in the contents of the pack and heat for 2 minutes. Add 700ml of water and boil for a further 15 minutes. Remove from heat, add extra virgin olive oil or butter, mix well and garnish to taste.
