We use magnesium glycinate - a form of magnesium that has been shown to be better absorbed than cheaper forms and does not upset sensitive stomachs. A powder format means that high levels of these nutrients can be delivered in a single dose and it's convenient to take - mixing with water or juice to make a pleasant night time drink.

Magnesium bisglycinate, flavour enhancer: citric acid; sweeteners: maltodextrin and maltitol; thickener: guar gum, l-tryptothan, l-theanine, milk protein hydrolysate (Lactium) (milk), hops extract, flavour: chamomile flavour; pyridoxal-5-phosphate, sweetener: steviol glycosides; calcium-L-methylfolate (Metafolin), methylcobalamin.

Mix one scoop (5.8g) into 100-250ml water or juice, one to two times daily, or as recommended. May be taken during the day and/or one hour before bedtime.
