Take two tablets a day for a minimum of six months or until satisfied with results. (1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening, taken with water, after food).

For people weighing over 80kg, smokers or people over 60 years old - take 3 tablets daily.

For people weighing less than 40kg - take one tablet daily.
