Nick's sugar-free Dark Chocolate is naturally sweetened with stevia. Great tasting and extremely low in digestible carbs, there is only 1g of sugar in the entire bar. Sweetening a mix of stevia, Sukrin (ie Erythritol - a substance found naturally in such plums and mushrooms) and IMO-fibre. Erythritol contains no calories and has no blood sugar spike. IMO is a fiber that aids digestion and has a low GI value.
