Nelsons Chilblains Cream is a soothing cream formulated from the fresh roof of the wild Black Bryony to bring relief. A topical herbal remedy traditionally used in the symptomatic treatment of chilblains.

Tamus communis 6x 9% v/w. Other ingredients are Purified water, White soft parafin, Cetearyl alcohol, PEG - 20 stearate, methyl-hydroxybenzoate, Honey, Propyl hydroxybenzoate.

Gently apply to the unbroken chilblain & surrounding area as often as necessary.

Side effects are rare.
