Maltodextrin is a high quality complex carbohydrate sourced from corn starch which provides a great source of fast release energy. Although Maltodextrin is a complex carbohydrate, it rates quite highly on the Glycemic index (GI) just below simple carbohydrates like Dextrose. This means it causes your blood sugar levels to rise quickly, providing a rapid increase in available energy levels. Maltodextrin is the ideal carbohydrate for use whenever a quick and easily accessible source of energy is required and allows your body to replace used glycogen stores rapidly.

Add desired amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 50g, shake and consume. Use before, during and after intense exercise for the best results.
