Multipower EAA Ice Tea Lemon 250g as the building blocks of proteins, amino acids are an important part of muscles, skin and hair. In particular, the so-called essential amino acids (Essential Amino Acids or EAA) play an important role here, as they cannot be produced by the body and must therefore be ingested through food.

Essential amino acids help you to achieve your athletic goals faster. Since amino acids are in free form in comparison with conventional protein, they are absorbed by the body particularly quickly and are available almost immediately. This makes them the perfect addition before, during and after intensive training sessions.

Essential amino acid mixture (L-leucine 20.0%, L-lysine hydrochloride 12.5%, L-isoleucine 10.0%, L-valine 10.0%, L-phenylalanine 8.0%, L-threonine 7.0%, L-methionine 3.0%, L-tryptophan 2.0%), inulin, acidulants (citric acid, L (+) - tartaric acid, malic acid), flavor, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), coloring foods ( BARLEY roasted malt extract *), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), L-ascorbic acid, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride. *Gluten free. May contain traces of GLUTEN, EGGS, SOYA and MILK.

 Dissolve 12.5g powder per serving (= 1 heaped measuring spoon) in 300ml water in a shaker (shake well).
