MuleBar Hunza Nut is 100% natural and packed with Fairtrade and organic apricots and walnuts from the Hunza Valley. Made by Fuel for Adventure for "kicking" energy.

In the Hunza Valley of Northern Pakistan, the apricot is referred to as Hunza Gold. This evocative name was the original name for this bar (until someone's lawyer told us we couldn't call it that). That aside, the apricots in this bar are still from northern Pakistan plus being Fairtrade and un-sulphured and when mixed with good old fashioned walnuts, provide a true Christmas cake of an energy bar. Sublime taste. This bar is Vegan Society registered as well as coming wrapped in a compostable wrapper.

Apricot & Walnut Cereal Bar : Dried Apricots (32%), Rice Syrup, Oatmeal (16%), Walnuts (7%), Rice Crisps (7%) (Rice Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), Oats (4%), Soya Flour, Puffed Amaranth (1%), Water, Sunflower Oil.

In making this product we have taken steps to minimise cross-contamination with other nuts, sesame seeds, milk and other cereals containing gluten.
