With the new recipe, our delicious Olives and Capers (Puttanesca) is now made with no added sugar, only just natural sweetness, using our own sun-ripened tomatoes.

All our sauces are made at our own sustainable production base next to our farms in Italy and we can track each tomato back to the field in which it was grown.

We build long-lasting relationships with our farmers and when it comes to selecting our food, we make sure that only the best goes inside our jars and tins.

To top it off, our tomatoes are always packed within a few hours of harvest, keeping their flavour and freshness fully intact.

Simply pour the sauce into a small saucepan while you're going about boiling your pasta.

Let it come to a boil, then reduce the heat so that the sauce gently bubbles.

Keep the simmer going for about 10 minutes or so, until you've noticed that the sauce has reduced and thickened a little, but is still saucy.

Once opened, keep me refrigerated & I'll remain scrumptious for 72 hours.

Store in a cool, dry place.
