This sauce is lovingly made in our kitchen in Italy using sun ripened organic tomatoes, packed within hours of harvest to keep their flavour and freshness fully intact.

Italian Sun Ripened Tomatoes (89.3%), Onions, Fresh Basil (1.8%), Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt*, Garlic, All from Organic Agriculture, * = Permitted Non-Organic ingredient

Simply pour the sauce into a small saucepan while you're going about boiling your pasta.

Let it come to a boil, then reduce the heat so that the sauce gently bubbles.

Keep the simmer going for about 10 minutes or so, until you've noticed that the sauce has reduced and thickened a little, but is still saucy.

Once opened, keep me refrigerated & I'll remain sumptuous for 72 hours.

Store in a cool, dry place.
