The Mooncup is a reusable menstrual cup around two inches long and made from soft silicone rubber.

It is worn internally like a tampon but collects menstrual fluid rather than absorbing.

Comes in two different sizes: -Choose size A if you are 30 and over OR have given birth vaginally at any age.

-Choose size B if you are under 30 and have not given birth vaginally.

As you would when using tampons, always wash your hands before inserting and removing your Mooncup.

To insert and remove your mooncup follow the following steps:

-Fold the mooncup (for folding techniques read the leaflet, where there are instructions on the different techniques and pictures on how to fold it).

-To insert part the labia and place the cup as low down in the vagina as it will comfortably sit (lower down than a tampon). Read the leaflet for more information on insertion and positioning.

-Remove and Empty: With clean hands, gently squeeze the bottom of the cup to release the seal then slide the cup out, then empty the contents into the toilet. We recommend emptying it every 4-8 hours.

-Rinse your Mooncup with water or wipe it with a tissue. Fold and re-insert.
