Deep-sea fish oil concentrate triglycerides (from anchovy, sardine and mackerel), natural mixed berry flavouring, natural orange flavouring, antioxidants: d-alpha tocopherol and mixed tocopherols, cholecalciferol concentrate.

Daily dose for children: 1ml for 1 - 6 years, 2.5ml for 7 years and over. Can be taken directly or stirred into cold foods and drinks.
