Made from 12 month fermented rice and soybeans, our Red Miso Soup is made from our signature blend of miso, in Nagano Japan. The miso soup paste has a deep, umami- rich taste that is completed with a peppery spice that lingers.

Soybean paste (soya) (water, soybeans, rice, salt) (70%), Water, Corn starch syrup, Vegetable oil (rapeseed oil, soybean oil), Mirin, Alcohol, Dried wakame (2%), Salt, Freeze dried spring onion (1%), Shichimi pepper ( sesame) (chilli pepper, mandarin peel, black sesame seed, sea ;lettuce, white sesame seed, sancho pepper, ginger) (0.8%), Lecithin, Yeast extract
